Shipping

We offer international shipping to Europe, the U.S., Canada, and many other destinations. In fact, we can ship to almost any address worldwide. However, please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions, and some items cannot be delivered to specific international locations.

Our shipping lead time is 2 - 3 business days after your payment is cleared. Express carriers will then deliver your order within 4 - 7 business days internationally.

When you place an order, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe based on product availability and your selected shipping method. If applicable, estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

You should expect the entire return process, from shipping the item back to receiving your refund, to take approximately 10-14 days. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to inspect and process the returned products (up to 10-14 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Note: If you simply changed your mind and decide to return the item, please be aware that the credit card fee, shipping fee, and any taxes associated with customs clearance will not be covered.
